Is this you?

Three signs you need SEO done properly, not more SEO.

  • 01

You have paid for SEO before. Traffic went up on blog posts and enquiries did not move.

  • 02

Your competitors show up for the searches that matter and you show up for your own name.

  • 03

Your site was built by a designer, looks fine, and has never had its titles, speed or structure looked at by anyone who ranks pages for a living.

  • 04

You get reports about "keywords in the top 100" and cannot tell what they mean for the business.

  • 05

You sell something people search for, and you know it, because the ads for those searches are expensive.

Two or more of those and the problem is not effort. It is that the work was aimed at traffic instead of customers. That is a fixable problem.

How I do this differently

I start with the pages that make money, and I ship.

Most SEO is aimed at the wrong target. Agencies chase volume because volume is easy to report. I start from the five to ten searches a buyer types when they are ready to spend, work out why you are not there, and fix that first. Blog posts come later, if they earn their place.

Month one is repair, and you will see it. Titles, speed, structure, indexing, the pages that say nothing. Every change is visible on your site, not hidden in a spreadsheet.

You deal with me directly. No account manager between you and the person who knows your site. When you email, I am the one who answers.

What I will not do
  • Guarantee a ranking. Google does not take instructions from me.
  • Publish content nobody on your team would be happy to have a customer read.
  • Buy links, run directory packages, or build a page per town from a template.
  • Report activity instead of enquiries.
  • Ask you to sign a long contract before the work has proved itself.
What you actually get

What professional SEO services actually include, by month.

Month 1

  • A full SEO audit you can read: technical SEO, content, links and tracking, in plain English with a priority order.
  • Keyword and competitor research tied to what you sell, not to search volume.
  • Analytics and Search Console set up to measure enquiries, not visits.
  • The first technical fixes live: speed, indexing, broken pages, duplicate URLs.

Months 2 to 3

  • On-page SEO on your money pages: what you do, for whom, at what price, with proof, one next step.
  • Internal linking that sends authority to those pages.
  • Structured data where it earns something (reviews, FAQs, organisation, products).
  • First outreach for genuine mentions and links from sites that matter in your market.

Month 4 onward

  • Organic SEO that compounds: content answering the hard buyer questions, cited by AI answers as well as ranked.
  • Links and mentions earned monthly, reported by name.
  • A monthly report that starts with enquiries and revenue, then explains what moved and why.
  • A call with me every month, no slides.
What it costs

Fixed monthly scope, agreed in writing after a free look at your site, with the hours behind it. For context: Western agencies average about $3,200 a month and Western freelancers about $1,350; senior India-based providers serving international clients sit well below both. I am based in India and my price reflects that. The work is senior because I lead it personally and stay hands-on.

How long it takes

Visible work in weeks. Impressions moving on money searches by month three or four. Measurable enquiry growth by month six to nine for most small business sites; faster for local, slower for brand-new domains in national markets.

How we start

A free look at your site first. Then a fixed monthly scope in writing, with the hours behind it, and you talk to me every time. What this costs in the market, by country and provider, if you want the numbers first.

One real example

Canary Mail: from 20K to 91.4K organic visits a month, and three times the leads.

A SaaS email client competing with funded rivals. The work was not a blog calendar. It was rebuilding the comparison and feature pages around what buyers actually search, fixing a large technical debt, and earning 17.5K quality links through editorial placements and digital PR. Traffic grew 357%, leads tripled, and the same content now earns 2,200+ mentions across ChatGPT, AI Overviews and Gemini.

Before you hire anyone for this

Questions to ask, including me.

The answers you should hear are in brackets. If you get something else, keep looking.

  1. Which of my pages will you change in the first 60 days, and how?A named list of pages and what changes on each. Not "we will optimise your content".
  2. Who does the work, and will I talk to them?A name, and yes. If the answer is only "our team", ask who leads your account and how many clients they carry.
  3. How will you measure success?Enquiries, calls, revenue from organic search, tracked from day one. Rankings and traffic are how, not why.
  4. What happens to my rankings if I stop after three months? The work stays on your site and keeps working. If they say your rankings will collapse, ask what exactly they built that disappears.
  5. Show me a site where you did this and what happened.A real name, real numbers, and what the work actually was. Mine is above.
FAQ

SEO questions you might have.

How long does SEO take to show results?

Technical fixes and quick on-page wins can show movement in 4–8 weeks. Competitive keyword rankings and compounding organic traffic usually take 3–6 months, both the Canary Mail and BigContacts case studies above hit their major results around the 6-month mark.

Do you guarantee rankings?

No, and anyone who does is not being straight with you. Google's algorithm isn't something any consultant controls. What I do commit to is a clear audit, a prioritized plan, and transparent reporting on what's actually moving.

What's the difference between technical SEO and content SEO?

Technical SEO makes sure search engines can crawl, index and understand your site, speed, structure, schema. Content SEO is about what's actually on the page, keyword targeting, search intent and topical depth. Both need to work together; strong content on a technically broken site won't rank.

Do you handle local SEO too?

Yes. Google Business Profile optimization, citation consistency, review strategy and location-specific pages, shown in the Dubai Housekeeping case study above. See the full Local SEO service →

How is this different from AI SEO, AEO or GEO?

This page covers traditional organic search, ranking in Google. AI SEO, AEO and GEO are about visibility inside AI tools like ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews. Most clients need both; I offer them as related but distinct services. See AI SEO →
