I look at the site, the profile and the numbers personally and send back the two or three things I would fix first, in plain English.
Proposal, in writing
A fixed monthly scope: what happens in months one to three, what it costs, how we measure it. You can take it, change it, or take the free read and go.
Kick-off
Access set up in your name, tracking checked, the first fixes shipped in the first two weeks. From then on, a monthly call and a report that starts with enquiries.
