The story
One question, ten years.
Why does one business get discovered while an equally good one gets overlooked? That question got me into search, and ten years later it is still the whole job.
I started when SEO was mostly technical fixes and links. I stayed as it became content, then local, then paid, and now AI answers. The tools changed every couple of years. The question did not, and neither did the way I work: your business first, your customers, your competitors, your current numbers. Then the opportunities, in order of impact. Copy-paste strategies are how budgets get wasted, so I do not use them.
I stay hands-on by design: the person who understands your site should be the person deciding what happens to it. Two SaaS companies and a cleaning business in Dubai are on the case studies page because that is what it looks like when the same person leads the work for six months.
How I think about this work
A few things I actually believe.
Rankings are not the goal.
A #1 ranking that does not produce a demo, a call or a customer is not a win. It is a vanity metric with good PR. Enquiries and revenue are the scoreboard.
Nobody can guarantee Google.
Anyone promising guaranteed rankings, traffic or AI placements is not being straight with you. I will not be either. I commit to the work, the plan and honest reporting.
You should always know what is happening.
Every change is visible on your site. Every report starts with what came in. Every account stays in your name. If something did not work, you hear it from me first.
